The “shag” is making a comeback

That’s right, according to top stylists (and celebrities) it’s set to be the biggest hair trend for 2020. Casual, but always chic the modern-day interpretation of this style is one that suits almost everyone. This month we’ve invited Bumble and Bumble educator and accomplished stylist Nico Aceves to the salon for a hands-on cutting workshop to help us further hone our skills at nailing this iconic, endlessly inspiring look.

When it comes to this style it can work on fine, thick, curly or straight hair and can be done with bangs, curtain bangs or no bangs; it’s up to you. So, if you’re looking for a new style this season, why not try out the new school shag.
